We acquired a 10,100sqm site of zoned industrial land 15k's south of Brisbane CBD and subsequently secured DA for a 5,644sqm warehouse with an end value of ~$17.5m.
The asset was sold in early/mid 2024.
neighbourhood retail
We partnered with Consolidated Properties Group to finance the construction of a $55.0m neighbourhood retail centre featuring a 3,500sqm Coles + 22 speciality stores.
Construction completed in Oct 2022 and the asset was sold to ASX listed SCA Ltd.
industrial
In a highly constrained market, we delivered a $42.0m senior construction facility and a ~$4.0m preferred equity facility to help deliver a $97m, 23 hectare industrial land estate located in Yatala, QLD.
Our exposure was refinanced by Dexus in 2023.
neighbourhood retail
Working closely with the sponsor, major bank senior lender and tier 1 contractor we structured a $19.0m facility that enabled construction to commence on this marque $89.0m mixed-use retail project.
The asset was purchased prior to completion by a super fund which provided full repayment of our facility.
residential
78 apartment residential project located in Canberra, ACT completed in 2019.
We provided a mezzanine facility, sitting behind the project’s senior lender that enabled construction to commence.
Child Care Portfolio
We provided a 1st mortgage loan to an experienced operator enabling them to acquire several freehold centres.
The 12 month facility allowed the sponsor to make value-add improvements during the term and then refinance with a bank upon completion.
residential
A portfolio of 3 townhouse projects in different locations and price points throughout Brisbane.
We provided a ~$13.0m preferred equity facility working in collaboration with three separate major banks to enable this award-winning developer to settle the 3 sites and commence construction.
convienance retail
We provided a 1st mortgage stretch senior loan to support the sponsor in acquiring a large parcel of commercial land with DA approval for retail, fast food and fuel. The 34,800 sqm site is located on a major arterial road and adjacent to one of the fastest growing industrial precincts in Brisbane.
