Pindara Partners has appointed Daniel Bailey, CFA, as Private Capital Associate, strengthening the firm’s capital partnerships and transaction capability as it expands its real estate private credit offering.
Daniel joins Pindara with experience across investment research, capital markets and distribution in both Australia and Canada. He began his career as an equity analyst in Canada with Qube Investment Management, covering global equities across a range of sectors. He then moved to Australia and joined Pinnacle Investment Management, advising investors on manager selection and portfolio construction across public and private markets, while working within the capital markets team. Daniel is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and economics from the University of Alberta.

In his role, Daniel will manage engagement with Pindara’s existing investors, develop new capital partnerships and support transaction execution across the platform.

The appointment comes as Pindara pursues selective opportunities across Australia’s real estate private credit market, where capital remains undersupplied and specialist expertise creates value. The firm’s leadership team has participated in more than $3 billion of real estate credit transactions, financing projects alongside developers and sponsors including Consolidated Properties Group and Azure Development Group.
