Brisbane, Australia – September 2026
Pindara Partners has appointed Sharon Hamilton as Investment Operations Manager, adding further investment operations capability to support its real estate investment platform.
Sharon brings extensive experience across the financial services sector, with a background in investment accounting, fund accounting and fund administration. She joins Pindara from Sentinel Property Group, where she was most recently Investment Accounting Manager, following previous roles with DDH Graham, QIC and QSuper Group.
In her new role, Sharon will lead Pindara’s investment operations function, overseeing investor and fund operations while building scalable processes to support the business as it grows.
Pindara Managing Partner Daniel Erez said Sharon’s appointment would add further capability to the firm’s growing team.
“It has been a strong year for Pindara, with new investments, new talent joining the team and continued growth across the business. Sharon brings strong investment operations and accounting experience that will provide important support to our investment team as we build on that momentum.
“We have been deliberate about investing in the capability behind the business, and with the team we now have in place, we are well positioned for the opportunities ahead,” Erez said.
Commenting on her new role, Hamilton said, “Pindara has built a strong reputation in real estate private capital, and I was attracted by the opportunity to work with an experienced team and contribute to the next stage of the business.”
Sharon’s appointment follows the additions of Yi Zhao as General Counsel and Daniel Bailey, CFA, as Private Capital Associate earlier this year, reflecting Pindara’s continued growth and investment in its team.
Pindara is a specialist real estate private capital firm focused on tactical credit and structured finance opportunities across the Australian mid-market. Its leadership team has participated in more than $3 billion of real estate credit transactions and has partnered with experienced developers and sponsors including Consolidated Properties Group and Azure Development Group.
More recently, Pindara provided capital for Brera, a premium mixed-use development in Brisbane’s Teneriffe by Forme in partnership with Griffith Group, alongside MA Financial.
